Light greenish yellow in the glass, lightly sparkling and fresh, earthy scent of walnuts, peaches and honey with slight floridness. Dry taste with powerful acidity, earthy and round, with notes of apples and flowers. Fresh aftertaste with slight spiciness and a very small trace of sweetness. Made from Chenin blanc and Chardonnay grapes.
