Steamed berry sauce
Ingredients
1 punnet blueberries
1 punnet raspberries
1 punnet blackberries
1-2 tablespoons caster sugar
1. Place berries and sugar into solid stainless steel tray.
2. Steam 95ºC for 4 minutes.
3. Stir gently.
4. Serve warm or chilled
Serves 4-6
Note: Frozen berries can be used instead of fresh.
